I have the got the game from EA App. Each time i tried the trainer i get this An unhandled error has occurred. Reload
I restarted the Trainer multiple times I keep getting the same. Even with C&C General Zero Hour.

All i did was hit play and it would display that message in the bottom left corner.

The Play button is currently not working for other Platforms besides Steam. We're working on a fix for that.
In the meantime can you launch the game manually via EA App?

yeah. but the trainer wont work regardless if the play button wont work.

The play button has nothing to do with the cheats. All it does is loading up the game.
You need to launch the game, load into your savegame and activate the cheat called "Prepare".
Did you launch Plitch and EA App with adminrights?
