Trainer Doesn't Work

I went through all the different versions under the trainer. Can't get the "prepare for cheats" to activate. I own the game on steam and the current version is the 11.0.b. which is on the trainer. I tried launching the game through the trainer and it did launch but still couldnt get anything to activate after that.

Nevermind, got it too work. Had to change the settings from DX9 to DX11 in game.
