I cant get the trainer to work I have seen the other thread and I am running it as admin and running plitch as admin but it just won't activate?

Hey Texansmatt,
thank you for reporting the issue. Are you using any mods for the game?
Also, please ensure to activate all of the cheats after fully loading into a singleplayer mission!
