trainer not working, new version?

It seems that only cheats altering happiness are working, other are "unclickable".

please try to run both PLITCH and Steam with admin rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Start the game with the PLAY button in PLITCH and load in your savegame.
Then start a mission and play for at least one minute. Afterward, you should be able to activate the cheats.
Please try it out and let me please know if it works. Please also let me know which game mode (Skirmish, Campaign...) you are playing exactly.
