Unable to get anything to work

First of all I don't have the option to disable anticheat, is just not ticking the box to play with anticheat. Even without that option I cannot get any of the cheats to work, the activation won't even work. I've tried both versions, starting the game outside of steam, deleting the anticheat folder. Any other ideas?
