Last I heard, Plitch only has this game available if you bought it on Steam.
I made the mistake of buying it on Epic, so I can't use Plitch for it. They told me it was on their to-do list but that was 3 months ago.

Hey apizzutilo,
are you playing via Steam, GOG or Epic and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/ GOG/ Epic) in the trainer?
Which exact cheat isn't working for you besides the Godmode Vehicles?
