Unlimited Skill points doesn't seem to work on Agents
I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if it only works on generals. I can use the rank cheat to get my agents set to rank 10 but I can't get the unlimited skill points to work with them. It totally works on the generals no problem, but not on agents.
