Unlimited throwables causing crash

So that we can reproduce the problem as accurately as possible, does this happen only right at the start, when you can first pick up a glass bottle to throw as a distraction, or does it happen all the time?

I just tried it again when pickup up the empty glass bottle in the Dining Area and throwing it, leading to a crash. I would include a screenshot of all the other cheats I have activated which may help you diagnose if one of the others cheats might be causing the game crash, BUT I am unable to attach here, in the comment section.

Do the hemolytic injectors not fall under the Unlimited Ammo cheat? Is there a way to have unlimited hemolytic injectors?

Thank you for the reply. Could you please try to disable the "Unlimited Throwables (Grenades/Molotovs)" cheat when throwing a bottle as Grace. This helps us narrow down the problem a bit.
