Unusual issue with reloading

I am on the Epic version DX12 using the Steam DX12 version of the trainer.  I have enabled God Mode, Unlimited Lung and Super Stealth.  Something is causing my weapon to enter a infinite reload cycle where it never puts ammo in the weapon even if I complete the mini-game thing for reloading.  I am reasonably sure Super Stealth did it because I was previously not using that one and that had never occured.  I have tried restarting the mission with them all enabled and it still happens after my second reload it appears.

Have the same problem, steam DX12 seems not working, stealth ammo etc....   been in a loop of reloading with different weapons.

Vulcan version seems ok .

Are you instantly in a loop of reloading after enabling the cheats stealth, ammo, ...?
