The trainer is updated to the newest version. Have you seen the important hint at the yellow exclamation mark?
Do you run PLITCH and Steam with administrator rights? (Right-click on the desktop icon -> "Run as Administrator)

dingersaft is right, Prepare doesn't work at all.
Running Plitch and Steam with administrator rights doesn't change anything. This trainer (which is poor enough with only one money cheat) obviously has to be updated to work properly.
