Weird colour problem

If I try and run the game with any options switched on it seems to end up in some kind of bizarre mode where the colour is all gone and I’m playing in some sepia universe….

Ok, so I can replicate.  When you enable god mode before endtering the level, your higt points are flashing, and the screen goes sepiatone, as if you are really hurt.  If you activate it AFTER you enter, you are OK, so rember to de-activate before heading intot he next sceen, or you will be in sepiatone again.
