What are the "resources" in this game?

The numbers aren't very helpful, and I haven't been able to match up which is each type of resource.  Are some of them the skill/experience points?
Anyone have a list?  Thanks!

We were not able to make a clear separation between the resources so we had to name them 1, 2, 3, ...
1 is the first one you collected and 2 the second, ...
