why i can't prepare the cheats?
I'm no longer able to prepare the cheats.. once the game are runs.. the prepare icon return to it's default !!!

Pease try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load your savegame and try to activate the cheats.
