why does this work one hour, and break the next ? nothing doing different, it just decides to stop working? is it set to work at a certain time of day ? what is actually happening with this cheat

Are you playing DX11 or DX12?

All of them within this game, both DX11 and DX12 dont work, and all the AI cheats affect the player ?

You're not supposed to use both versions... if you're playing DX11 you have to select the DX11 version... if you're playing DX12 you have to select the DX12 version.
Do you have Win7 oder Win10?
Did you activate the cheat after loading into your savegame?
