XP and SP cheats not working
I prepared the system after loading into my save file, I was able to activate unlimited sprint, I can change amounts and weights no problem. However when I try to add XP or Skill Points, it doesn't activate the cheats at all despite them being green and not greyed out.

The Reset exposition factor does not work as well... it will activate but there is no difference in my EF level

can you send us your savegame?
You should be able to find it here
%LOCALAPPDATA%\DrugDealerSimulator\Saved\SaveGames\
then you can open up a support ticket and attach a zipped folder
