For being a first time user of anything… For being a first time user of anything like this i really cannot say for sure how it is supposed to work. All i know is it does and that's good for me. Customer Service is great My account got stolen by someone and though it was initially a mission and a half to get it back i did it get back from the support team, they could have said no. Account was restored and everything in that department is hunky dory. Teams actual ability to provide good service is top notch when it comes to the service provided well worth the money
