Are you playing via Steam or Epic?
Are you playing the correct game/dlc? Since we have different trainer entrys for the original one, gathering storm, and rise and fall.
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

Steam. I have all the DLC so the latest should work and it worked prior to me reinstalling the game as I listed the cheats as favorites. Gathering storm works but, some of the cheats do not (loyalty and worker actions so far) I was able to activate on Gathering Storm but not on the other 2 DLC.

The activate is not greyed out but will not turn on when pressed or when the key combo works. For now, I was able to get the gathering storm DX11 to work and so far all of the features work. Thank you your help!

Have you tried to deactivate all the extensions except for rise and fall in the game?
