Hey guys,
the game detects cheated items and automatically disables achievement progress. However, there are mods that re-enable achievements, and you can also use something like Steam Achievement Manager (SAM) to unlock them manually.
Since these aren't ideal solutions, we'll look into the game and see if we can add a cheat that disables the cheat detection and re-enables achievement progress :)
