Adding gold asking to complete the tutorial.
As soon as you completed enough of the tutorial to get your inventory in the left bottom corner, you've to activate the prepare for cheats first and then open your inventory. Now you can use the other cheats to increase your gold, fame and strength.
I have read the help page, the tutorial disappeared because I have restart of the system. Maybe I need to restart the tutorial tasks somehow?

you can also try starting a new game, which should also reset the tutorial :)
