Does the godmode work on smaller ships?
Are you using mods?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam/origin?

it works on small ships,
I play both versions,
It works when I use some mods have not looked at others,
and for a size ref on the rebel once you get to ether a Nebulon B or the Assualt Frig it does not work
