Cheats are disabled
While running the game with Plitch the player attributes and money sections of the cheats remain disabled. I am curious if I am doing something wrong or need to do something first that will enable those cheats as the other cheats are enabled and work.

thanks for the info. Please try to enable the two Prepare cheats after fully loading your singleplayer save file. Once the cheats are active, you'll be able to use the remaining Cheats. Give it a try and let me know if you run into any further issues :)
