Which cheat were you trying to use that caused the game to crash?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam?
Which antivirus software are you using?

Tried all of the cheats. And, yes, of course I own a copy of the game via Steam. Don't use Antivirus at all

Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Did you activate the funds cheat AFTER opening the funds menu? Same for all the other cheats like science and ...?
