On megadev.info 3 years ago there was full documentation, here there is only part, it isn''t mentioned about second combination. Thanks God I noted 3 years ago how to change all player values to 82 and I found my notes, so I know above.

Staff – Salary => LCTRL+O (lack of second combination of buttons to what value you want to update)
All player-attributes (field-player) => ALT+O (lack of second combination of buttons to what value you want to set settings)
On http://www.md-games.info/ the second combination of buttons was given two years ago when website was still working. Hope You now understand what is missing.
