Also, please try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the Prepare after fully loading your singleplayer save file. Try to open up the map once before using the XP cheat and close and reopen it to see a change in the value.
