the Unlimited Health cheat protects you as long as the damage taken does not exceed your maximum health. This means it is still possible to die if you take a hit that deals more damage than your total health. Additionally, you cannot swim in Assassin’s Creed I, so this is a scripted death that we are unable to prevent with cheats. I hope for your understanding!
