Hi the all people becomes loyalist for exp. pop does not work for me when press F9? Does anyone else face the same issue?

Hi thanks. I check the instruction again and I forget to expand it. Now it works, but it ends up taking so long to load the pop detail tab, so I give up and choose the other way.

It changes immediately; only the visual change takes some time.
