Experience/Skill Points Not Working

I can get the rest of the cheats to work, but I have restarted the game 5 times, and only got the Experience Cheat to activate once. It has been glitchy since, Plitch froze 3 times, and my Witcher 3 crashed twice during these tries.

So I was able to get it to work, however the game crashed after a certain number of cheats. I was also able to use it in Open World, not Inventory.

Are you playing via steam, origin, gog or do you have a retail of the game?
Did you make sure to select the right version (steam/origin/gog/retail) in the trainer?
Which cheats did you activate that caused the game to crash?
Are you using mods?
