thank you for reporting the issue. Please make sure to run PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". After that launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load in your singleplayer savegame and try to activate the Prepare.
Additionally, please note that the Refill Health cheat restores your health once per activation. This is in contrast to the Godmode cheat, which keeps your health at maximum until the cheat is deactivated again.
