Game file locked when trying to launch game through here

I have re-downloaded the game 3 times, it prompts me to find a path to my game in my files,  when i try to execute the file it says that i do not have permission to open the file but i am able to open my game through my minecraft launcher, i have access to the game via game pass

When playing via Minecraft Launcher go to the installation folder of the game and select this file "Dungeons-Win64-Shipping.exe"
You can also start the game manually via the Minecraft Launcher instead of using the play button. The button has nothing to do with the cheats.
