I've written to support to ask for a refund. The game keeps crashing everytime I load the cheat code and tried all versions of the game for Steam. Pretty useless paying the extra for a platform that doesn't work!

Are you playing via steam or epic?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
Did you activate the cheat AFTER loading into your savegame?
