i am also having an issue with that cheat, the materials are added in the main screen of the terminal but when trying to claim them it shows the standard quantity the ubication holds. Steam version all steps followed.

Hey Lightningbolt,
are you playing via Steam or Epic and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/Epic) in the trainer?
