Are you playing the game on steam or somewhere else?
In DX 11 or 12? Very important here, since it is two different dlls.
Game is up2date, files have been checked for errors?
No Mods installed?
Hotkeys not getting blocked?
Plitch and all game's and platforms are running as Admin?
