Half the codes are greyed out

As the subject reads, the codes in the lower part of the code window are all greyed out and will not activate. God mode works, unlimited ammo also works, as well as the no harm from falling. All the other codes are greyed out and will not activate (For example, the super jump will not work... the +3 skill points will not work either. All the "player general" codes cannot be activated. Would it be possible to fix, please?

Did you enable "Prepare for cheats"?
