thank you for letting us know. Are you playing via Steam, Msstore or Epic and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Msstore/ Epic) in the trainer?

Were you able to activate the Prepare? Also, are the rest of the cheats working fine for you besides the Item one?

Are you playing the beta/experimental version of the game?

Have you tried verifying your game files in Steam? You can do this by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Files
