Hi, the play button remains greyed out, but can activate the cheats anyway. The movement cheat "teleports" instead of causing running to be faster, and resets to off when zoning.

The play button is greyed out once the game is already running. It has nothing to do with the cheats.

Same. You can try and push the prepare button, but it doesn't do anything. I even tested it on a different button on the keyboad to see if the new Mayor's Merits update was messing with the num pad. Nope. They just don't work at all.

Eagerly awaiting it. I miss the duplication ability, especially for the rarer materials.
