Hey Jack Manning,
thanks for letting us know. Please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the all of the cheats after fully loading your singleplayer save file.
