thanks for reporting the issue. Are you able to launch the game manually via Steam without it crashing?
Also, please try launching PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, fully load your save file and try to activate the cheats.
