There are only a few times that the item cheats work, but its extremely rare. Could you maybe fix this?

Are you playing offline/solo?
Did you activate the prepares after loading into your savegame?
Are you using mods?

We do not support cheating in an online environment.
You have to play locally for the cheats to work.
