thanks for the info. Please make sure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and try to activate the Prepare as well as the rest of the cheats after fully loading your singleplayer save game.
