What isn't working for you?
Were you able to acitvate the prepare or is it greyed out?

Ive hit the prepare and then none of the other cheats work.

Did you open the main menu, activate the xp cheat, close and reopen the menu like the cheatdescription says?
Are you using mods?
Are you playing a beta/experimental version of the game?

Yes and i was using the mods and tried without and the money cheats still dont work.
