thank you for reporting the issue. Did you activate any of the cheats? Or did you simply start the game and the "AutoPrepare" (Play Button) caused the game to crash while trying to activate itself?

Please try to launch both PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". After that launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, wait in the main menu for the cheats to unlock and then load in your savegame and activate the rest of the cheats.
