in GTA 3 and Vice City you can find up to 100 hidden packets... this cheats sets the game counter for them to 100, so the game unlocks all the weapons in your hideout (same effect as you really found all of them)

Hey gcgc0001,


Please ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Rockstar) in the PLITCH dropdown menu. Also, please let us know which platform (Steam/ Rockstar) you are using.

Please also try to start both PLITCH and Steam / Rockstar with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame. Let me know if this worked for you. Thank you in advance.
