I'm very sorry to hear that!
Please try to run PLITCH and Steam with admin rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Make sure to start the game with the PLAY button in PLITCH and load in your offline/singleplayer savegame.
Then try to activate the "Prepare" cheat. Afterward, you should be able to activate the other cheats too.
Please try it out this way and let me please know if it crashes when you activate the "Prepare". Thanks in advance!
