thanks for reporting the issue. Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?
Additionally, please try launching PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, fully load your singleplayer save file and try to activate the Prepare.
