thanks for reporting the issue. Which exact cheat isn't working for you?
Additionally, please try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click the desktop icons and select "Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, fully load your save file and try to activate the cheats.
