If you're playing via
- uplay, go to the installation folder of the game and select the "Addon.exe".
- steam, please select the steam version in the trainer
- gog, please select the gog version in the trainer
- retail, go to the installation folder of the game and select the "Addon.exe".
Although, you don't have to use the play button for the cheats to work. The button has nothing to do with the cheats.
