Hey torant007,
are you playing Dx11 or Dx12 and did you make sure to select the correct version (MsstoreDX11/MsstoreDX12) in the trainer?
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

DX11 and DX12 neither is working. I chose the correct one but when I click Prepare for Cheats, it doesn't turn on. Therefore the cheats are all greyed out

I have to know if you're playing Dx11 or Dx12 for testing :D
So are you playing Dx11 or Dx12?

Did you launch Plitch and Msstore/Xbox App with adminrights?

Tried DX11 and DX12. I lauched XBOX App & Plitch  in admin rights....Thanks

When launching the game via msstore, you can select if you want to use DX11 or DX12

Ingame in the mod manager you need to make sure to deactivate any mods that can interfere with the trainer. Also in the mod manager you can select if you're playing the Rise and Fall DLC or Gathering Storm DLC, since you need to use a different trainer for those 2.
Then after loading into your savegame you can activate the prepare
