are the rest of the cheats working fine? Like the money one?
Did you make sure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrator? The trainer requires admin rights to fully function :)

the money one works fine and so do the unlimited energy, the increasing speed, care etc. dont work. and yes ive run both as system admin

Did you make sure to open up the stat screen of the horse?
Have you verified your gamefiles in Steam?
FYI: We added a new cheat for the tameness
