NPCs are dead when this cheat is used -Possible note for cheats?

When all of the cheats are activated, and some plot point in the game happens, the vital NPCs are dead and lying on the ground. After trying different things, I found that this might happen if you enter the scenario with One-Hit-Kill activated. 
For example, when I go to take a base with One-Hit-Kill on, there's no enemies alive. They're all lying dead, and the base can't be liberated. If I deactivate One-Hit-Kill beforehand, the NPCs are alive, and I can take the base.
I don't know if anyone else has had this occur, but it might be worth mentioning.
Just a heads up.

AH! But it doesn't say that it also applies to liberating bases and such while free roaming. Those aren't really escort missions, and it might be confusing to some -as it was to me.
