I think you have to start a new game, save and quit. Then start again

No, ive tried that. Ive reset my computer too. Cheats arent working on my end

That doesnt change anything at all. I still, no matter what cannot get the cheats to activate

ive even tried using my phone with plitch installed to activate the cheats but it still doesnt work.
